Privacy Policy

• We do not ask you to create an account to play.
• Your game progress, settings and language choice are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
• Our games use services from Apple, Google and Unity that may collect device level and diagnostic data. Those services are listed below.
• You can reach a human at metehan.altay@hotmail.com for any request about your data.

Information you give us directly. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write in the message. We use it only to answer you.

Information stored on your device. Level progress, lives, unlocked items, sound and language settings are saved in local storage on your device. This data stays on the device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you delete the app.

Information collected automatically. The platform and engine services we use may collect technical data such as device model, operating system version, language and region, approximate location derived from IP address, crash logs, and anonymous usage events such as which level was started or finished. We see this data in aggregated or pseudonymous form, in order to fix crashes and understand which parts of a game are too hard or too easy.

Advertising identifiers. Free games may show advertising. On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized advertising only if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the game still works and you see non-personalized ads instead.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or any other payment credential. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

This website. This site has no contact form, no analytics scripts and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

• To run the game and keep your progress on your device.
• To find and fix crashes, bugs and performance problems.
• To understand in aggregate how levels are played, so we can balance difficulty.
• To show advertising in free games and to measure it.
• To answer the emails you send us.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, our players and our services against fraud or abuse.

We do not use your data to build a personal profile of you outside the advertising described above, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (delivering the game you installed), legitimate interests (keeping the game stable and secure, and understanding aggregate usage), consent (personalized advertising and any tracking permission you grant), and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records. If you are in Türkiye, the equivalent grounds under KVKK Article 5 apply.

Our games and this site rely on the services below. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading.

• Apple App Store and App Analytics — app distribution, crash reports and aggregate usage statistics provided by Apple. Privacy policy

• Google AdMob — showing advertising inside free games. Privacy policy
• Unity — game engine services, including crash diagnostics. Privacy policy

We share data with these providers only as needed for them to deliver their service to us. We do not share your personal data with anyone else, except where we are legally required to.

You can limit ad personalization at any time. On iOS, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and turn off the permission for the game. On Android, open Settings, then Google, then Ads, and delete or reset your advertising ID. Turning personalization off does not remove ads, it makes them less relevant.

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, write to metehan.altay@hotmail.com and we will delete it. Age ratings shown on the App Store and Google Play describe the content of each game.

Game data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no longer than two years. Crash and analytics data is kept by the relevant provider for the period stated in its own policy, typically between 60 days and 25 months, and reaches us only in aggregate form.

We are based in Türkiye and our providers operate servers in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred outside your country, that transfer is covered by the safeguards of the provider involved, such as standard contractual clauses.

Traffic between our games, this site and the services we use is encrypted in transit. We keep access to the accounts and dashboards we use limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not store player data on our own servers in the first place.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent you have given, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority. In Türkiye these rights come from KVKK Article 11, in Europe from the GDPR, and in California from the CCPA.

To exercise any of them, email metehan.altay@hotmail.com. We answer within 30 days. Because our games work without an account, we may need extra information to identify the data that belongs to you, and in some cases we may not be able to link any data to you at all.

Uninstalling a game removes everything stored on your device, including your progress. To ask us to delete correspondence or any other data connected to you, write to metehan.altay@hotmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

We may update this policy when our games or the services they use change. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect.
