Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Kidoria is committed to keeping children safe. Realm Runner is made for a young audience, and we have a zero tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we follow, in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Our Commitment
We do not allow any content, behavior or activity that sexualizes, endangers or exploits children. We design Realm Runner to be age appropriate and to protect the children who play it.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited in connection with our app:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Content that sexualizes minors or depicts a child in a sexual manner.
- Grooming, enticement, sextortion or any attempt to exploit a child.
- Trafficking of children or any other endangerment of a child.
- Sharing personal information of a child in an unsafe way.
3. Standards We Follow
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the regions where the app is available.
- We build the app to reduce risk to children and to keep the experience age appropriate.
- We provide a clear and accessible way for anyone to report concerns to us.
- We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removing content and blocking users.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate authority in your country.
4. How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behavior that may harm a child, or that violates these standards, please report it to us right away. You can contact our child safety point of contact at metehan.altay@gmail.com. Please include as much detail as possible so we can investigate quickly.
You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, or to your local law enforcement. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
5. How We Respond
When we receive a report, we review it as soon as possible. Where a violation is confirmed, we remove the content, take action against the responsible account, and where required by law we report the matter to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
6. Point of Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can be reached at metehan.altay@gmail.com. We take every report seriously and respond as quickly as we can.
