These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Realm Runner (the "Game") provided by Kidoria. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the relevant app store.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game, except where allowed by law.
- Cheat, use unauthorized tools, or interfere with the normal operation of the Game.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Resell, rent or redistribute the Game or its content.
3. In App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in app purchases. All purchases are final and are processed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Virtual items have no real world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
4. Advertising
The Game may display third party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any products or services they promote. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, including graphics, characters, audio and code, are owned by Kidoria or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error free.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidoria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
